What To Expect

When I show up at the property, I will start the home inspection by examining the exterior…top to bottom. Safety permitting, I will be walking the roof, making sure to get my eyes on every possible defect. Inside, I will also be examining top to bottom, (attic to basement/crawl space). This process typically takes between 2-3 hours.

If you are there walking around with me, I will be explaining my findings as we go, with a recap at the end going through a summary of defects. If you’re not able to make it until the end, that’s okay as well, we’ll still go over the summary in detail and I’ll be able to walk you through the proper way of handling any defects. In most cases, I will be able to provide you with the inspection report the same day, or within 24 hours at the latest.

Buying a house is a big deal, and is often times an emotional experience. Having an inspector providing you with an objective opinion on the home’s condition is priceless.
